Hey folks - we're back after that brief commercial message. I have just been given an updated list of the drivers... Seems there were a couple of last minute substitutions.
That's true Telso, you know these guys are all new to the pro dueling scene, but there have been some people that have had some success with back yard dueling.
That's true, and unfortunately some of these people will probably not have that long to remember.

We haven't been given gate assignments yet, but we do know that the sponsors have chosen their drivers. The list we have so far...
Team Martin has chosen a local boy from around Reelfoot Lake - a farm kid, apparently, and goes by the name Cletus Cornhauler.
Up next is Doobie Cooper, an unknown guy from over near Jackson. He's on Team William.
Team Blaylock has chosen a kid that already has a nickname - Axle Blaster - and it appears he's modded his car out to look a little more foreboding.
Very true Telso - those spikes on the front may just be for looks, but I wouldn't want to be facing them...
Team Gil has named another local by the name of Alfonse LaRoy. Seems his family spent some serious money on training and getting him ready for this day!
Jeff's team has found Vance - hmm, we don't seem to have a last name. If he can somehow win over the crowd then he won't need a last name Telso.
And lastly we have Team Menoth with a Driver by the name of MenothJohn. He seems to have a fresh tattoo as well. Must be some sort of 'branding.'
Wait Telso - I've just been handed the name of a replacement Driver. Thierry has named Ningenhōdan of team Péril Jaune as a last minute entrant.
And look at that car! He's dressed that thing up to look like an old muscle car! Is that a sound effect of an old gas engine? Haven't heard that sound in a while!
And looks like we're still waiting for the Driver of Team Billy to arrive...
